ADVANTAGES

I’ve never been particularly enthusiastic about physical exercise, good as it is. However, on a long walk along the riverbank yesterday I providentially came across what looked very much like a pair of lifting weights. (In fact it was an axle with both wheels still intact). Not wishing to pass up this opportunity I managed quite a few lifts until, I told myself, I’d done enough. That must have been one of the hidden advantages of retirement which I happily pursued again, in a different form, today. I might raise the bar to two press ups tomorrow.

Iv`e had it up to here talking about just myself as I`ve just finished my autobiography. It`s called "ABSTRACT", and believe it or not, it`s about me ( among others whose names have been sensitvely altered ! ) But if I didn`t want to talk I wouldn`t be here would I? So go ahead....SHOOT.
